Revolution Tour Writing

On Tuesday the 28th of May, the Revolution team came and performed in our school. It was a junior assembly from year 7s to 10 and it was during period one/Form time. Last year they came and performed at my school so this was my second time seeing them.

Firstly, a group of girls in the revolution team went up and performed a hip hop dance, it was awesome. Then after they finished, two of the revolution members went up and sang a song for us called, I'm so Tired from Lauv and Troyes. Later on that day, Reggie played different kind of songs on his saxophone and we all sang along. It was one of his talents and he was amazing.

After Reggie playing songs on her saxophone, we played this game called, throw your friend underneath a bus. He asked some of our students and a teacher, Ricci, May, Lyan, a year 9 boy and Miss Tozer, to come up and play the game for us. But he got them up by asking everyone a question about who is the shyest, the smartest, the funniest, the athlete and the best teacher. It was hilarious.

After having a lot of fun with Reggie, he started talking about is life experience when he was young. He was talking about how his mum was in a bad situation and that he got adopted to a foster family. He was also talking about bullying and that bullying isn't a good thing to do and that people should stop. I wish I got the opportunity to talk to him and to introduce myself to him and get to know him more. When he was telling us about his life, we all went dead silents and felt so miserable for him.

Overall I really enjoyed them coming to our school and performing to us and I would really want them to come back again soon or later.
