Ingredients:
- Pita
- Carrots
- Cheese
- Lettuce
- Ham
- Sauces/ Tomato sauce and Mayonnaise
- Onion
Cooking Method/steps:
1. We collected the ingredients and equipment.
2. We started grating the cheese and peeling the carrots then slicing them.
3. We cut around the edge of the pita, but not all the way.
4. Then we added our fillings inside of our pita pockets, carefully.
5. Finally we either eat and enjoy or save it in our lunch boxes for later.

Hi Anneleise. I like the way you have written this blog. I assume you used tomato sauce and mayonnaise - did these enhance the flavour and add moisture to the pita pocket? What other sauces could you have used?
