What games did we play?
We played Bench ball and Silly banana. Silly banana was a warm up game.

Which one did you enjoy the most and why?
I enjoyed bench ball the most because you got to pass, throw, catch and run a lot.

What game did you find challenging and why?
Bench ball because you had to throw the ball to your team mate who is standing on the bench and they have to try catch the ball without leaning.

One of the goals was to listen .... what skills do you need to have to be a good listener?
To focus at the teacher and ignore your friends or anyone who is talking to you.

What communication skills did I need to have when playing bench ball?
Calling out for your team mates name and also having a loud voice when calling out for the ball.

What skills do I need to work on for my next lesson?
Moving around to get the ball and defending the other team.


Three ways that I will be showing commitment in activities.

1. I will be confident and try get the ball.
2. I will keep trying until I get it right.
3. I will stay positive even though i'm in a bad mood.
