One of the events that I think I have improved on was my sprints because my first result I got was 10.38m which was pretty good for my first run but thought I could do better, then later on during more training I improved and got 9.25m.
What I learned:
I learned some new techniques on how to throw a discus and a shot put because last year I was struggling on how to throw both of them, but now i'm happy that I know now.
These are the results I got for each of the events I did:
I really enjoyed practicing for athletics and surprised with the results that I got, especially for sprints and shotput.
