The Great Pacific Garbage Patch

Hi there,

In Term 2 in Social Studies, we are focusing on the ocean of how it is polluted with garbage and plastics. We are mainly looking at GPGP which stands for 'Great Pacific Garbage Patch". We were assigned to create a slideshow about GPGP along with some question answering, information about it and as always sharing it on our blogs. Here is my work and I hope you learn something new from this.

  1. Greetings Anneleise!
Wow what another well done blog posts you have made. I like the background on the first slide because it relates to the topic you are doing and it looks aesthetic and I also like how you included a picture in each slide show question. As well as how you added your own questions to the topic instead of just answering the default questions of the task to expand the knowledge of readers on the topic. Keep up the good work!

  2. Hello Anneleise,
This blog post about GPGP, is a great one. I have enjoyed reading through the slides, their directness is an aspect that I liked. Not only did you give information but have also used the post to state an opinion about the negativity of the GPGP. I would however, adjust, perhaps increase formality. In my opinion this would increase the analytical aspect o the text. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the post and it has given me more insight in this problem.
