Hurumanu - Skittles in Water Experiment

Steps:

Step 1: Get the Petrie Dish

Step 2: Put the skittles on the Petrie Dish

Step 3: Spread them out but put them on the outside

Step 4: Put the water in and let it absorb into the skittles

Step 5: Wait and see what happens

Petrie dish

Skittles

Water

Conclusion:

Today in science, we did a experiment including skittles. I was in a group with Chloe and Keyana. We had to add the skittles in a Petrie dish and spread them out on the outside so when you add the water in, it will absorb into the skittles and move into the center. I've done this experiment before in Primary School so I knew what was going to happen.

Overall at the end, it was a great experiment and I enjoyed doing it.
